The quoted rates exclude domain registration and annual hosting fees. However, should you register your domain through us, it will be FREE for the 1st year only. This makes the process easy and seamless for you, as we quickly get started on creating your online residence.

Think of website hosting as a tenancy arrangement your website has with its landlord (the internet). Rent must be paid. Hosting fees vary depending on how heavy and bandwidth-thirsty your website is. Visit our pricing page for more information.
You may be wondering, “Once my website design is completed, what after-sales service do you offer?” We fully support any website we design and are always available should you encounter any problems or require any enhancements. We offer website maintenance so that your website is updated. This is an additional service.
The website belongs to you subject to completed payments. We will be happy to send you a copy of the same should you wish to use another web design or web hosting company – you are completely at liberty to take this copy to them. A release fee is charged to cover the processing costs of transfer and we can advise you this at your right time. The rate is based on the amount of work needed as it may also require transfer of domain-connected emails.
If this means adding pages, changing layouts, changing themes and so on, the answer is no. We take work off your hands, co-creating with you your desired online residence.
The Admin role has full access to everything with no restrictions. In inexperienced hands, an Admin has the potential to wreck your website. As such, this is a role we retain in-house. It is not passed on to the Client.
Once you have your articles ready for the world to see, we post these to your website for you – at the frequencies noted under your preferred plan.

This is offered as extra service. We make sure your website is backed up so that in case anything happens the site can quickly be restored to a recent version of itself. We make use of an internet robot supervised by a human being as part of this business continuity option.
This is a technical term for the type of internet security that is linked to your website. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates. They are sometimes called digital certificates. Your SSL will tell visitors it is safe to click your links. It also keeps ecommerce transactions and other sensitive data safeguarded. This comes FREE with all plans.
(after much laughter) No. SEO is alien language for Search Engine Optimisation. Getting your SEO worked on is like placing a signpost on the road. We may know what road we’re on, but strangers find it mightily helpful to see the signpost first, before going down the road. In the same way, Google traffic is directed your way when your website is all “signposted” appropriately. We charge separately for this extra service.

A simple landing page (one page scrolling site) may take the least amount of work (theoretically), assuming your content (text, photos, logo etc) are ready. Time investment
A startup site (Kijani) will take a shorter time than an enterprise site (Sierra). Need something custom made? Ecommerce sites, NGO sites that attract international donors etc. may require extended periods of collaboration. A monthly retainer is charged to ensure the team focuses on your goals for the website, remaining your trusted advisor throughout the process.
What do you mean content?
Let’s close our eyes for a moment. Think of your website as your dream home. The architect did their bit and your home is now ready. That is, the walls, windows and doors are done. But it doesn’t feel like home. What does your site need, in order to feel like home? Like a place you would like to host guests in?
